The second Regional Major Ranking (RMR) event for the CIS region will feature a Fantasy game and skin prizes for the best players.

Major-qualifying action returns shortly, as on June 27 - July 4, the ten best CIS teams will compete in StarLadder CIS RMR 2021. Alongside crucial RMR points, $100,000 will be on the line.

As squads such as Entropiq and FORZE made it through the closed qualifier and the team list for the event was concluded, the Fantasy game for StarLadder CIS RMR has been opened for action.

Alongside the qualified teams, five teams were invited to the tournament based on the RMR standings. Spirit are top of the charts with 1780 points, followed by Natus Vincere (1680 points), Gambit (1600), and Virtus.pro (1600). The final invited team were Akuma who sit on 1120 points.

In terms of the Fantasy game, Oleksandr "⁠s1mple⁠" Kostyliev stands out as the most expensive player ($251,000), having posted incredible numbers throughout 2021, followed by three more AWPers in Dmitriy "⁠SENSEi⁠" Shvorak ($239,000), Dmitry "⁠sh1ro⁠" Sokolov ($237,000), and Aleksei "⁠El1an⁠" Gusev ($233,000).

In terms of wildcard options, riflers such as Valeriy "⁠b1t⁠" Vakhovskiy ($197,000), Boris "⁠magixx⁠" Vorobiev ($196,000), and Alexey "⁠Qikert⁠" Golubev ($191,000) stand out, while those looking for a budget pick could turn their heads towards Sanjar "⁠SANJI⁠" Kuliev ($177,000) and hope to break even when combining him with the Leader role.
